This Privacy Policy explains what information ROAK collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account information: your name and email address.
Photos & prompts: the images you upload and the design instructions you enter.
Usage data: projects you create and basic app activity used to operate the service.
Payment data: handled directly by Apple (App Store purchases) or Stripe (web purchases). We receive your subscription status but never store your full card details.
We use your information to authenticate your account, generate AI redesigns, identify shoppable products, provide and improve the service, and process subscriptions.
To create a redesign, the photo and prompt you submit are sent to our AI providers (such as Google and Anthropic) to generate the edited image and product suggestions. Do not upload photos you are not comfortable processing this way.
We share data only with service providers that help us run ROAK — for example, Apple and Stripe (payments), our AI providers (image and product generation), and Amazon (affiliate shopping links).
We do not sell your personal information.
Your projects are stored so you can view them in your gallery; you can delete any project or version at any time. You can edit your name, email, and password in Account settings, and permanently delete your account (including all projects and data) from Profile → Delete account. You can also email help@roaksupport.com for data removal requests.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted password storage and secure connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
ROAK is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
