How do the AI designs work?
Snap or upload a photo of a room or yard, describe your vision, and ROAK generates a photorealistic redesign in about 15–30 seconds. Every design is saved as a version inside your project, so you can regenerate, edit, and compare freely without losing anything.
How does billing work?
ROAK Pro is a subscription — $7.99/week, $17.99/month, or $159.99/year. Every account starts with 3 free designs before a subscription is needed. On iOS, subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase; on the web they are billed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed on iOS: open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → ROAK and tap Cancel. If you subscribed on the web: you can cancel anytime from the app. Either way, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again.
What is your refund policy?
For purchases made through the App Store, refunds are handled by Apple — visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For web purchases, except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. If something went wrong with a charge, email us at help@roaksupport.com and we'll make it right.
Where do the shopping links go?
Product suggestions link to Amazon search results for similar items. As an Amazon Associate, ROAK earns from qualifying purchases. Purchases are transactions between you and the retailer — prices and availability are set by them.
Are my photos private?
Yes. Your photos and designs are private to your account and are only used to generate your designs. They are never shared publicly or sold.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, projects, and data, and cancels any active subscription.
