Welcome to ROAK. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
ROAK uses artificial intelligence to generate visual redesigns of rooms, yards, and home exteriors from photos you provide, and to suggest products you might use to recreate the look.
AI-generated images are illustrative concepts, not architectural plans or guarantees. Estimated prices and totals shown in the app are approximate and may differ from actual retail prices.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or 16 where required by local law) to use ROAK. ROAK is not directed at children.
ROAK offers a limited number of free designs and paid Pro plans (Weekly, Monthly, and Annual). On iOS, subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase and managed in your App Store subscription settings. On the web, payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current period. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple; otherwise, except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Because designs are generated by AI, results may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon for structural, safety, contractor, or purchasing decisions. Always confirm measurements, materials, and product details before buying or building.
As an Amazon Associate, ROAK earns from qualifying purchases. Some product links in the app are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Product links open third-party stores such as Amazon. Any purchase you make is a transaction solely between you and that retailer, subject to the retailer's own terms, pricing, shipping, and return policies. Product prices, availability, and descriptions are set by the retailer and may change at any time.
Suggested products are AI-identified matches for items shown in a generated image — “shop similar” links lead to search results, not to an exact verified product.
You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the service, and not to use ROAK to violate anyone's rights. You must have the right to any photo you upload.
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant ROAK a limited license to process them in order to provide the service (for example, sending them to our AI providers to generate a redesign).
• Third-party products and purchases: ROAK is not the seller of any product linked in the app. We are not responsible for product quality, safety, pricing, availability, shipping, returns, refunds, or any dispute arising from a purchase made through Amazon or any other retailer.
• Price accuracy: estimated prices and totals shown in the app are AI-generated approximations and may differ — sometimes significantly — from actual retail prices.
• AI results: generated designs may contain errors, distortions, or physically impossible elements. We are not responsible for decisions made in reliance on them, including renovation, construction, landscaping, contractor, or purchasing decisions.
• Third-party sites and services: links open external websites and apps that we do not control, and whose content, terms, and privacy practices are their own.
• Professional advice: ROAK does not provide architectural, engineering, contracting, or interior-design professional services. Consult a qualified professional before making structural or costly changes.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROAK's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
If you downloaded ROAK from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these Terms are between you and ROAK only — not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content and have no obligation to provide maintenance, support, warranty, or to handle any claims relating to the app (including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual-property claims).
Subscriptions purchased on iOS are billed through Apple In-App Purchase and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store subscription settings. Web subscriptions are billed by Stripe and managed in the app.
You must also comply with the applicable marketplace's terms of service. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ROAK after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
